01.Booking & Reservation Policies

  • Minimum Stay Requirements: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during high and low seasons. During peak season, a minimum stay of 6 nights is required. Exceptions are only made if smaller calendar gaps are available.
  • Securing Your Booking: A 50% deposit, along with a completed and signed reservation form, is required to guarantee your reservation.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the stay is payable upfront to secure the booking.
  • Credit Card Authorization: The reservation form must be completed and signed by the credit card holder. Furthermore, the name on the credit card must match the primary name on the guestroom reservation.

2. Payment & Rates

  • Balance Due: The remaining balance for your accommodation is payable in full upon arrival.
  • Rate Adjustments: The hotel reserves the right to amend its rates in the event of currency exchange rate fluctuations exceeding 10%.

3. Check-In & Guest Registration

  • Arrival Time: Guest rooms are guaranteed until 21:00 (9:00 PM) on the day of arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made with management in advance.
  • Identification & Incidentals: A valid photo identification and a credit card must be presented at check-in to cover any incidental charges during your stay.
  • Registration: All guests staying in the guestrooms must be formally registered at the front desk upon arrival.
  • Special Requests: All special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 30 Days Notice: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date are fully refundable.
  • 30 Days or Less Notice: For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date, the 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • 7 Days or Less Notice: For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
  • Shortened Stays: Should guests decide to shorten their stay after check-in, the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
  • Management Discretion: Any refunds or waivers of cancellation fees are granted solely at the discretion of the management and are subject to the hotel's ability to successfully re-let the room.
