 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I stayed at Span Grand Holidays Resort and overall had a pleasant, budget-friendly experience. The hosts were very warm and welcoming — Ajit in particular greeted us with a smile and went out of his way to make sure the place felt safe. The property is well located near Sita Amman Temple and Gregory Lake, and it’s roughly a 15-minute ride to the main bus station. Unfortunately food options around the hotel were scarce and we couldn’t find food during our stay, and the room’s curtains didn’t fully close over the windows (something for them to fix). Despite those issues, the hospitality was top-notch — the host even helped us catch a cab to Ella and ensured our safety. I’d recommend this place for a short, budget stay

They actually are opening a new place, 6 floors with an elevator, All is brand new. Crew are kind and wellcoming Still on pre-opnening,  no wifi - but it worth the "inconvenience"
